Dr. Ajay Padaki, MD, is an elite, board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine, practicing at Northwell Health. He treats shoulder, elbow, hip and knee injuries in addition to fracture care. He performs both robotic-assisted joint arthroplasty and joint-preserving procedures of the shoulder, hip and knee.

Dr. Ajay Padaki is an assistant professor of surgery at the Zucker School of Medicine and serves as a faculty mentor for medical students. His academic pursuits center upon advancing minimally invasive surgical techniques to accelerate recovery. He focuses on shoulder replacements, rotator cuff repairs, shoulder dislocations, ACL reconstructions, meniscus repairs & hip arthroscopy.
