Dr. Padaki has published over 40 manuscripts, abstracts and book chapters on shoulder, elbow, hip and knee surgery. He has presented his research internationally and published papers in the highest impact orthopedic journals. His novel insights have been covered by media outlets including the New York Times.  He continues to investigate novel strategies to minimize risk while maximizing the strength of reparative and reconstructive procedures. He also works in the peer-review of assessing and validating current research.
